The first one is the most straightforward shot. 6 closely bracketed shots... well a set of three at -2, 0, +2 and another set biased a 1/2 stop darker and then again shot at -2, 0, +2 and all bunged together in Photomatix. Slight levels/brightness/contrast/unsharp mask bumping, and correction of perspective and here ya go:
I can't even begin to remember everything I did to this, the B&W conversion was done in Photomatix, multiple layers of light gaussian blur masked to fix a few things, strong vignette, leveling perspective correction....
These are a bit more straight ouf of Photomatix, with less correction, not sure if I like these better then the first, may need to play more with these bad boys!
Which do you like more?

Holy smackerony...love what you've done to them.
And that light...you've done a swell job here.
Be well and do keep exploring.
See you around.

Hey Lloyd,
I've lost track of you over the past months. Nice to see you are still positing beautiful photos. You've got the 'how to produce dramatic and lovely temple images' down to a science! Thanks so much for posting on my blog, I appreciate it. After this comment I'm going to add myself to your 'followers', and I hope you do the same on my blog!
Very nice job on these. I don't know which I like best. I heard that we had had gorgeous sunrises along the Wasatch front the past couple days, but I didn't get any of them. I found your blog through Karen.
Absolutely awesome shots...I'll be coming back to your blog to see more!!!
Thanks for your comments everybody! I enjoyed visiting your blogs as well. Will try to keep posting as good of shots as I can!
Lloyd
